Refund & Subscription Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Subscription Policy explains the terms and conditions related to premium subscriptions, in-app purchases, and refunds for TrueBondr. By purchasing any premium features or subscriptions, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

All subscriptions on TrueBondr are processed through the Google Play Store. Billing, renewals, and refunds for Android purchases are governed by both this policy and Google Play's own policies.

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. For questions, contact our support team at contact@truebondr.in before completing your purchase.

2. Subscription Plans

We currently offer the following premium subscription tiers, all billed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Google Play:

3. Payment and Billing

Payment Method

All in-app purchases are processed through Google Play Store billing. Google Play accepts credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets linked to your Google account. TrueBondr does not directly collect or store your payment information.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST). The final price is displayed in Google Play before you confirm your purchase. Prices are subject to change — you will be notified at least 30 days before any price change affects your renewal.

Billing Cycle

You are charged when you first subscribe. Your subscription then automatically renews at the start of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) via Google Play, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Your premium access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Auto-Renewal

Important: All TrueBondr subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period through Google Play unless cancelled before the renewal date.

How Auto-Renewal Works:

  • Google Play charges your saved payment method automatically at the end of each billing cycle
  • You will be charged the same plan price unless pricing has changed (you will be notified in advance of any changes)
  • Your premium features are extended immediately upon successful renewal — no action required
  • Cancelling auto-renewal does not immediately end your subscription; access continues until the end of the current paid period

To Cancel Auto-Renewal:

Disable auto-renewal directly through Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select TrueBondr
  5. Tap Cancel subscription

You can also contact us at contact@truebondr.in and we will assist you in cancelling.

5. Payment Failures & Grace Period

If your auto-renewal payment fails (e.g. insufficient balance or expired card), Google Play handles retries automatically:

  • Grace Period: Google may grant a short grace period during which your premium access remains active while payment is retried. Update your payment method in Google Play during this window to avoid interruption.
  • Account Hold: If payment cannot be recovered after the grace period, your subscription goes on hold and premium features are suspended. Your account data is preserved and you can reactivate by updating your payment method in Google Play.
  • Expiry: If payment is not recovered within Google's hold period, your subscription expires and your account reverts to free tier.

6. Refund Policy

Google Play Purchases

Since all purchases are processed through Google Play, refund requests for Android purchases are primarily handled by Google Play's refund policy. You can request a refund directly from Google Play within 48 hours of purchase at: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

Situations Where TrueBondr May Grant a Refund:

  • Technical Issues: Significant technical problems that prevented you from using premium features, not resolved within 7 days of your report
  • Duplicate Charges: Accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period
  • Unauthorized Charges: Charges made without your authorization (must be reported within 48 hours with supporting evidence)
  • Premium Not Activated: Premium features not activated within 24 hours of a successful payment

Refunds Will NOT Be Granted For:

  • Change of mind after purchasing
  • Not finding matches or desired results
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms or Community Guidelines
  • Lack of use or failure to use premium features
  • Forgetting to cancel before auto-renewal
  • Dissatisfaction with the dating experience or outcomes
  • Partial use of the subscription period
  • Auto-renewal charges after cancellation was not completed before the renewal date

Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above:

  1. First try requesting via Google Play (fastest — within 48h of purchase)
  2. If that does not apply, contact us at contact@truebondr.in within 7 days of the charge
  3. Provide your registered email, Google Play Order ID (starts with GPA.), and reason for refund
  4. Include any relevant screenshots or evidence
  5. Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days
  6. If approved, refunds are processed via Google Play to your original payment method within 10–14 business days

7. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your TrueBondr subscription at any time through Google Play. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your premium access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Cancel via Google Play Store (Android):

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions Subscriptions
  3. Select TrueBondr
  4. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm

What Happens When You Cancel:

  • Auto-renewal is turned off — you will not be charged for the next cycle
  • Premium features remain active until the end of your current paid billing period
  • After the period ends, your account reverts to the free tier automatically
  • No refund is provided for remaining days in the current billing period
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time through Google Play

8. In-App Purchases (Boosts & Super Likes)

In addition to subscriptions, we offer one-time in-app purchases such as:

  • Profile boosts (increases your visibility for a limited time)
  • Super Like packs

These are one-time purchases processed through Google Play. They are non-refundable once consumed or activated, except in cases of technical errors that prevented delivery. Unused boosts or Super Likes do not carry over if you delete your account.

9. Subscription Revocation by Google

Google Play may revoke a subscription in cases of chargebacks, disputed payments, or refunds issued directly by Google. In such cases:

  • Premium access will be removed immediately upon revocation
  • The subscription record will be marked as expired in our system
  • You may resubscribe at any time through Google Play

10. Payment Disputes

If you notice an unexpected charge:

  1. Check your Google Play subscriptions page first — play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
  2. If the charge is from TrueBondr and appears incorrect, contact us at contact@truebondr.in with the Google Play Order ID (GPA.xxxx)
  3. We'll investigate and respond within 5–7 business days
  4. If the dispute is valid, we will coordinate a refund via Google Play

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank, as chargebacks may result in account suspension.

11. Account Termination and Subscriptions

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines:

  • You will lose access to all premium features immediately
  • Active subscriptions will be cancelled in our system
  • No refunds will be provided for remaining subscription time
  • You will not be eligible for account reactivation

12. Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect at renewal. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you can cancel auto-renewal before the renewal date.

13. Currency and Taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes including GST. The exact amount is shown on your Google Play receipt. TrueBondr does not add additional charges beyond what is shown at checkout.
